Yay for Moo and Martha!

The mailman brought my Moo note cards. I LOVE them! Who knew my little photos could look so great?

I've been using my very first copy of Martha's Everyday Food magazine for dinners and desserts the last two weeks.
Upside down apple cake:

Last, but not least, I also bought my first Japanese craft books over the weekend. I've spent hours trying to take photos of some of the wonderful inspiration in them, but haven't had much success yet. Here's a little preview...

  1. Your Moo notecards look wonderful and so does the upside down apple cake. I want them both. I will succeed in the Moo cards, but as it comes to the cake...

  2. Nice apple cake, it looks yummy!! I'm addicted to Food Everyday magazines. They have great ideas for dinners that are usually short and simple.

  3. Oooooo... I love the cards! What is the name of the site? The apple cake looks great, too. Where are you finding your Japanese books? I bought one and paid sooooo much for it. But, they certainly are motivating.

  8. Cute, cute notecards!! I've been thinking of making an apple upside down cake, my recipe is from a cooking light recipe book, which scares me. I'm used to useing "Martha" type recipes with lots of fat. Your cake looks terrific!! And those Japenese craft books look so fun, I'm going to have to buy one.
