Love, Laughter, Sewing, Friendship

I posted a photo of this pincushion in progress back in August. Although it didn't turn out exactly as I envisioned, the message is still great.

This is part of my contribution to the "Finish what you have" challenge. May there be many more.

  3. I love it! It's so sweet! I like the squareness of it... most are round in some way. The embroidery is such a lovely touch.

  13. You are so amazingly talented...I love your pin cushion...I don't know how you wanted it to turn out...but I think its perfect...I collect pin cushions...and I have never seen a square one...so I especially loved this one....Also, I think your duvet turned out marvelous...and I'm sure you will come up with something equally as gorgeous and clever to impede the growth of cat hair on it! I have dogs...I know your pain!

Again, I'm not a knitter...but I do love the sweater you made...I love especially the great color you chose and the overall design...I can NOT imagine how much time you spent in doing this! I can only imagine the next one will be bigger and better...I think you did a great job...so kudos to you...surely you will be able to use it somewhere or give it to someone...can't you? I saw a pillow made from an old sweater once...I know this one isn't old...but seems a waste of your great talents and time not to be able to display it in some way....Love all of your creations...keep em' coming!!

  21. I know this is going back a while but how did you keep your pincushion so square (i.e. not bulging out) - can you remember what you stuffed it with?! Thank you!
