Or is it kitchen month?
I have now spent a total of 10 hours in there and I'm not done.
This morning, amongst other things, I unpacked the two recipe book shelves.
We have way too many recipe books!
Some of them have to go.

Wow...that is a lot! I've got a recipe drawer, I thought about a shelf when we get the new cabinets, but I don't know. I think it would end up being a mess! :)
ReplyDeleteWell, feel free to ship them to me! *drools*
ReplyDeleteI have a drawer - and it hardly ever gets opened! They look wonderful...my husband would be drooling!
ReplyDeleteI totally understand....But which ones to get rid of? I had a 4 shelf bookcase full to the brim and managed to whittle it down to two and I also have an antique library card file with 4 drawers for recipe cards and it is full too!
ReplyDeleteThat does look like a lot of recipe books! I need to clean off my shelf too cos I hardly use half of them. Such a great way to de-clutter!
ReplyDeleteOh my that's a lot of recipe books! I only have a handful cos I tend to not use them lol! Good luck with your kitchen organisation!!
ReplyDeleteGosh lots of them! My hubby loves to read recipe books in bed at night! Suzie. xx
ReplyDeleteI just did the same thing! It was hard to part with some of the books, but if we don't truly use them... out they go!
ReplyDeleteWell, don't get rid of those Williams Sonoma books LOL!
ReplyDeleteYou are like me. Hmmm... you just gave me an idea, maybe I will sell them on E-bay!
ReplyDeleteThey all look brand new too!! Do you actually use any of them? Maybe you are a very tidy, clean cook. I can't imagine spending 10 hours in the kitchen in one go!!
ReplyDeleteGoodness! I've been able to pare mine down to 15 or so(that was hard!), but to be honest, I don't use those all that often. The ease and availabiliy of the internet... not so good for my beloved books!
