Let's empty out those overflowing scrap bins to make room for some new loot!
The "rules":
1. You are not allowed to buy fabric for this challenge.
2. Make quilts using only scraps from your scrap bin. What you call a "scrap" is completely up to you. As we saw from yesterday's comments, opinions vary widely on this topic.
3. Do consider the difference between "scrap" and "stash" when choosing fabric.
4. There are no other rules.
If you'd like to join in, leave a comment on this post and I'll create a list of all your blogs so we can have a look at each other's projects.
I've also created a Flickr group.
And, of course, a button if you'd like.
And code for it:

Let's have some scrappy fun!

ReplyDeleteI've actually challenged myself to see how many quilts/quilted items I can make without buying anything this year. So far I've made a table runner and three quilt tops. So far, so good! :)
ReplyDeleteI'm going to Paducah in April, though. So I'm sure my moratorium will be over by then, but I'll join in your challenge since I'm already doing it anyway!
