I really need to practice that free motion quilting. I have yet to get the tension just right. It always looks to loose on one side or the other. I have had the new sewing machine less than a year so there is time to try out the quilting methods. I have not even taken the walking foot out of the packaging yet.
Wow! It looks great! I haven't been able to get the hang of free motion quilting- I think I need lots more practice- but it looks as though you've got it! Good for you :)
Yummy yummy. Tomorrow I have my machine-quilting class, straight lines and quilt-as-you-go. The blocks and backing will be quilted and then put together. I’m curious... I am invited by the quiltshop to follow a free-motion class for free... next month... hurray! (daily posts on two blogs... you are amazing!)
