Dear Betty,

Thank you for making it so easy to bake moist, foolproof cupcakes for my family in the blink of an eye.

I just have one question. Why is it that I never seem to be able to get 24 cupcakes out of a batch? I'm not complaining, mind you.

Your cupcakes are nevertheless always wonderful.

Especially when they let me bring a little Christmas to a warm June day.
