The top is done

It is, but as I was piecing together a back from the leftover scraps of fabric I realized that these could become a whole other quilt.
Soooooo...I have to go buy some backing fabric for this one and the new one.
Hopefully today if it doesn't start snowing.

  1. Oooooo... the quilt top is BEAUTIFUL!!! Love it! It is so fresh and clean looking.

By the way... where do you live that you can see your patio? We haven't seen ours since November. If our entire winter is going to be this cold with this much snow, we're going to be a crabby bunch in Wisconsin. Next week we have a few warming days and then below zero temps. What's going on?

Can't wait for your quilt to be finished and on your bed, photographed and on your blog. It would even make a great duvet cover.
    Snowy hugs,

  8. Love it... it looks great. You haven't made it using half sqaure triangles though have you? Any tips on making all those triangles?? As i've said before, i'd love to make a zig zag quilt, just trying to work out the best way!! I know what you mean about the backing too... i have a couple like that in my stash.. you think you're done and then it all starts again heh heh. I enjoy following your blog. Lx
