As I've mentioned before, we don't have a "designer" tree. Maybe one day we'll have a tree all color-coordinated and pretty, but for now it's about ornaments with memories and, even though these have no rhyme or reason, we love the memories they bring.
Josh loves penguins. We're actually contemplating having a separate "penguin tree" next year.

your tree looks like mine, only single decorations, but i'm starting to think of a perfect christmas decoration for next year! i'm always late with my thougts. but to earlier to start or maybe not...
ReplyDeleteI love the queen of everything one. and your comment made me laugh. :)
ReplyDeleteI like the "themeless" tree. Each ornament I put on my tree has a special memory attached to it and for me that is one of the greatest joys of decorating the tree (plus, they make great conversation starters...)
ReplyDeleteAnina, I love your "Special Memories" tree! You have some very lovely ornaments. Please take photos of some more to share with us all!

What beautiful ornaments! We don't have a designer tree either, ours is very eclectic but it makes us happy.
ReplyDeleteI like the ornaments on your tree! I think a non-designer tree is way better than a designer tree any day!
ReplyDeleteEclectic is better! :-) Though I do confess to starting a separate bird tree this year.
ReplyDeleteI just posted a collage of some of my ornaments on my blog. I'm just a big copy cat (imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, right?)
