I finally got one of these not too long ago. Now I just have to go on a thread shopping spree.

    Goodness that is beautiful! I have one about half that size, and it's not full... but yours is looking good!

    I saw one yesterday! It looks so wonderful! Do you use cotton thread? I always have arguments in quilt fabric shops on what to use! I like to use thread with some polyester in it.

    Where *did* you get that big old thread rack? It's about twice the size of the ones I've seen at Jo-Ann!

    I have a source recommendation for thread.
    connectingthreads.com has great 100% cotton threads at great prices. and they have a variety of colors. I started off by ordering a variety pack in neutral colors (to see if I like it) and I loved it so much that it is my preferred thread now. even with the shipping it comes out at least a dollar cheaper per spool than I can buy a large spool on sale at joanns. and the spool fits on my machine well, too. (I promise that I don't get a comission from them, I just really like their thread. :) )

    I got one a couple of months ago...didn't realize how much blue thread I had till it was taking up about half of the hanger! All in different shades!
