Batik Jane

I'm not doing much myself right now, but a friend and I went "Stash Dashing" on Friday.
As you may or may not know, I'm a little obsessed with Dear Jane quilts.
This one is made with batiks.

(It is on display at Heirloom Quilts in Poulsbo, WA.  The lady who made it works there but did not want to pose for a photo. Hats off to her for this absolutely lovely work of art!)

    To venture into the quilt of Dear Jane is impressive in itself, to get the colours to match beautifulle enven more so, and now this...! It is amazing!

    Wow, that's cool! I've started a DJ in brights on white. I like the blue - hadn't seen that before.

    Absoluetly fabulous! I have started a DJ in reproduction fabrics, but only have a few blocks done. I love how one pattern can look so different just by changing the fabrics!
