oooh a new machine! yay!
ReplyDeleteI'm in that same mode of cleaning and clearing out here at my house. Does your new "person" start with a "B." Congratulations!
ReplyDeleteYou are gonna feel so great once its all cleaned and organized - I am in this mode now too - exciting but lots of work!
ReplyDeleteHanding out bubble gum cigars.. LOL.. does your baby have a name yet?? LOL.. Nina? That is a nice name.
ReplyDeleteOooo... Bernina! I don't know what it is-- but it's gotta be cool! :)
ReplyDeleteYour shelves are already looking better! Keep it up and you'll be done in no time. Now, if I could only follow your example and do that myself.
Hahaha. It always looks the worst right before it looks the best! I am very jealous of your new boarder! Hope we get to she a picture of her soon. Happy cleaning.
ReplyDeleteSo much fun to organize and clear up and out. Make it fun!
ReplyDeleteI'm working on my sewing studio, too. Hubby always laughs when I'm cleaning...always saying "This looks worse than it did!"
ReplyDeleteSuch is the life of an "always striving to be more organized" person.
Good luck on your tasks!
Oooh - I want a new person like that in my sewing room! So cool!
ReplyDeleteIs that a Hawaii license plate I see on the floor? You are going to be so productive once you finish with this project!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the new arrival! You're going to LOVE her! I'm looking forward to seeing your after picture. It's always so interesting to me to see how other people organize.
ReplyDeletethat's the thing about organizing - you have to tear everything apart to see what you have and then put it back together. Do I see the results of a new embroidery machine?
ReplyDeletewhy is it that it always congregates in the smallest places and we seem to get trapped into the space. no choice but to finish to get out. :)
ReplyDeleteI look at your pictures and know that I am going to be up against the same thing when all of my stuff arrives in a few weeks. Keep inspiring me girlie!
ReplyDeleteJust finished (FINALLY!) my pin-wheel party quilt top. I am sending it out to be quilted today and will send along some pictures when it is finished. Thank you so much for hosting the quilt-along. It was my first but not my last...
ReplyDeleteThis is definitely on my to do list this year too :) Getting my sewing space organized... Can't wait to see what you do with yours :)
