Quick, take a photo!

Before the perfection disappears.
(Warning! This is a photo-heavy post.)

It took 40 days and 40 nights...well, more like 3 days and 3 nights, but still.

Each WIP has its own box. Thanks Jodi! (UFOs are combined in other boxes until I feel like working on them.) I have 10 actual WIPs.  Ones I'm working on. My new unwritten rule is that I can't start a new project until I finish one. So, no more than 10 at a time.  Doable, right?

Scraps are in their own boxes too. By color.

I didn't get a before photo of the closet but, trust me, it was just as bad as the rest. As in, the doors couldn't close!
Closet after
To the left is stationery and stuff. On the floor to the right is my new baby.
And then there's fabric organization.
Fabric organization
It doesn't look like a lot but, using the method I did, you can stuff a LOT of fabric in a box!

Red & Pink

Purple, Yellow, Green

I'm SO excited about all this! I feel like I can now move mountains.

(Edited to add: I used these tips to organize the fabric.)

Ooo, great job!

Amazing! I'm drooling over your fabric and the organization. I work in total disarray moving one project to work on the next. Occasionally I even finish something and clean up that part of the mess.

Congratulations! Doesn't it just feel great when everything is in it's spot?! I am almost done with my room, and the creativity just flows like a raging river, so get ready for some insomnia to kick in if you spend a lot of time in that room right before bedtime.

Ahhh!! Organization is the key to a less stressful life, right? At least, I know I am less stressed when I am organized. I hope this brings you less stress too. It looks beautiful!!

It looks great Anina! :) I love the idea of putting each w.i.p. in a separate box (and limiting yourself to a certain number of boxes :). Very nice!

Over the years I have accumulated way too much fabric! Now most of it sits in storage 45 miles from here! You put me to shame!! But I ongratulate you nevertheless! It looks great!
