Anina, I have one that is similar, not a sailboat, that my son made and have had it for years. I still have it in our family room and love it!! Simply amazing!
Looks a lot more fun than any math that I did at that age... My parents used to have a string art picture hanging in our living room. I would hang that beautiful boat in my living room.
Do you think my grade 11 math teacher would be annoyed if I sent this pic to him? Because now I feel deprived in that "walked barefoot uphill both ways" old-timey sort of way...
