Blogger's Quilt Festival

I was so excited about this and then almost forgot!

Since we should probably all have started our Christmas sewing by now (yeah right!), I thought I'd share my Christmas quilt.

I made this last year with leftover fabric from strippy runners I'd made to sell at a friend's studio sale.
I had been wanting to make a zig zag quilt for a while and Christmas was right around the corner.

I love this quilt and can (almost) not wait to take it out of the closet.

  20. Now you've done it. You've gone and gotten this Southern Californian in the mood for Christmas. I hate to rush the season because fall is the time of our perfect weather. But when I saw your lovely quilt, I knew I had to start thinking ahead. . . and quickly.

    Thanks for your post.

Pull that baby out and drape it over a chair arm where everyone can appreciate it every day of the year..It is beautiful! :)
