I don't mean to bore you...

  1. That's beautiful. I can kind of see an eight-point star in the middle, surrounded by eight curved diamondy shapes and a separate border on each piece. I think it would make an amazing block.

  2. Not boring! I'm glad you introduced me to Zentangles - I checked out their website after your last post. You're already showing incredible progress - I love the second one here, with the houses around the outside.

  3. I was going to suggest Spoonflower, too. Or stabilize the fabric with freezer paper and draw directly on the fabric with a fabric marker...

  4. It reminds me a bit of the stack and whack quilts. I think they are beautiful!

  5. Beautiful! And I echo Mary's sentiments-- how fun would those be on fabric???

  6. Wow - Those would make spectacular odd-shaped quilts, blown up large!

  7. Maybe Spoonflower? Whole cloth quilt?

  9. I would love to figure out a way how to combine this with quilting. I stitched a small Zentangle block with black thread. I need more practice free motion on the sewing machine. But if I were better it would make a nice wall hanging.
