Back in June I did a blog post about the pressure blogging and owning a store at the same time were putting on me. Mostly because I felt I couldn't keep up with all the giveaway craziness out there.
I made the decision to keep this blog about my projects and not as a marketing tool.
And I am still of that conviction.
However, I also feel like I want to share some goodies with you from time to time.
So I bring you... Win-some (like it?) Wednesday.
This will be a low key event. With small giveaways.
All you have to do is leave a comment on the giveaway post before next Wednesday.
That's it.
Today two readers can win a fat quarter of this fabric:
Because I'm feeling a little nostalgic.
(I've also posted a poll in the sidebar. I'd really appreciate it if you put your two cents in the hat.)

A print that shares the joy of friendship? What could be better? Thank you for the opportunity ~
ReplyDeletepokey
neat fabric, who's the manufacturer
ReplyDeleteI have missed reading your posts. The fact that you are posting again is enough prize for me. The giveaways are to me a little annoying. So many people post just to win and it is a lot to wade through for some good advice or wisdom. Regardless of my view I think it is very generous of you to give of your time and whatever else you offer. I Just like the content of the blogs.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing and I was so surprised to see the votes on your poll as I thought for sure I would be in the minority, but I wasn't!
ReplyDeletedarling fabrics!
ReplyDeleteI love this fabric. Good friends are hard to find and priceless!

Edit from Hungary
I love this fabric. Anything with words on it appeals to me!
ReplyDelete"Good friends nourish your spirit" - how true this is.
ReplyDeletethe FQ is so cute, giveaways are nice but if there were none I think all but a few of us would still be here.
ReplyDeleteFinding out there are a ton of like-minded people "out there" is lovely and seeing pictures of beautiful, fun, simple or exquisite quilts everywhere is icing on the cake.
Knowing I'm not the only one who makes the same mistakes, sometimes repeatedly :) is reassuring too!
I hope you can find a balance between blogging and the rest that works best for you.
Looks great! Please add me to the drawing.
ReplyDeleteI enjoy your blog and eye for putting fabrics together. Very imspirational.
ReplyDeleteMarilyn
