Inspiration

Why does inspiration always strike when I have a ton of much more important (and boring) stuff to do?
Does this happen to you?
New project beginnings
At least I have a reason to fly through those boring bits really quickly now.

  1. It always happens to me... even when I was in school and had a test to study for, it always seemed the perfect time to start a project or clean the house lol

  2. You speak the truth.
    The plain and painful truth.

  3. That's my constant state of mind! I have so much to do at work and there I am, daydreaming of fabric or sneaking away to stitch for just a few minutes ...
I guess I should find a way to make money out of my passion for sewing, somehow ...

So glad I’m not the only one with this handicap!

  5. Oooh, looks yummy! Inspirations always seems to hit me when I'm ready to go to bed, or in a meeting -- in either case, there's no time to act on it!

  7. I always have the same problem. Too many things to do, and so little time to do fun stuff.

Nice colors. Will be nice to see what comes out.

  15. I feel your pain!!!! Lol!!! Trying to get UFOs done this year, and I am being flooded by my brain with creative ideas. I am keeping a notebook, trying not to buy fabric, and trying not to start any new projects. Except of course the pinwheel quilt a long. We gotta have a little fun right?

    Blessings,
    KT

  17. Yes, it happens to me too. I just cleaned my sewing room just so I could avoid a quilt I was struggling with. But cleaning has helped me and I finished that quilt. (Just to get it off my table.)
