Johnny Jump Ups

I took these photos in the garden this morning. The Johnny Jump Ups are so cute with their little faces pointing to the sun.

  7. I didn’t know they were called that way. I love it and the flowers too!

We call them akkerviooltjes (field violets).

  8. They are so beautiful and perfect, they almost look fake. I adore these flowers. Too bad they don't last very long around here - they're a cool weather plant for us.

  18. Your flowers are beautiful!

Did you hear me honking my car horn when I went by Sunday and Wednesday? I went to my sister's in Everett and we covered the quilt shop hop from the previous week--from Everett to Lynden and east to Monroe and Duval. We had a great time and found some wonderful shops!
