Saturday

You know he's growing up when you have to rent that first tux, give him a pile of money, buy a big bunch of roses, swing by to pick up a pretty girl in an evening gown, and then leave them to their own devices (well, there were chaperones) for 4 hours.

Sniff, sniff..

  1. Sooooooo grown up and looking so handsome. And it's just beginning. I hope "Mr. Barky von Schnauzer" had a great time despite his cough.

  3. Oh...the memories that photo envokes. The best is yet to come...really... as much as we hate to see them grow up too quickly...it sure is something when they grow into loving, mature, awesome young adults. It really is fun to go along for the ride.

Enjoy, Embrace and watch them EVOLVE...sweet stuff!

    Blessings...

  5. DD1's prom isn't until June and she's already eyeing up dresses etc - I've told her there's a lot of hard work to go in before that! Doesn't seem two minutes since her first day at primary school

  7. It's a bittersweet time--on one hand you're as proud as you can possibly be; on the other hand, you're a little bewildered and sad that your baby has grown.
